HK Murder Suspect Faces Mental TestsProceedings against British banker Rurik Jutting, who allegedly murdered two Indonesiaan women whose bodies were found in his Hong Kong apartment, will be postponed for two weeks while he undergoes psychiatric assessment, officials in the Chinese territory said. The court ordered two psychiatric reports on Jutting to see if he is fit to make a plea. Jutting, 29, has not agreed to take part in a reconstruction of the case, a common practice in Hong Kong, authorities said. He was arrested November 1 following the discovery of the women’s bodies in his Wan Chai flat. He had called police to the apartment.
