Hillary Clinton has enough support from pledged delegates and superdelegates to be declared the Democratic nominee according to an updated tally from the AP. She has reached the necessary number of 2,383 delegates which makes her the winner. Previously, without the recent tally including superdelegates, Clinton was expected to secure it by Tuesday when New Jersey and California vote.
