Octomom Faces Welfare Fraud Charges

After a foray into pornography and a stint in rehab Octomom Nadya Suleman’s next stop may be jail. Los Angeles County prosecutors charged Suleman with welfare fraud for failing to report nearly $30,000 in income while still applying for public assistance. She faces one count of perjury and two counts of perjury by false application. If convicted, she could serve up to five years and eight months in custody.
