If your computer has stored entries for LiveNewsChat in its local DNS cache it may be necessary to flush the cache:

On windows:
Open up a command line window Start -> Run -> cmd
then type in this command: ipconfig /flushdns
On Mac it depends on which version you’re running.
>For Mountain Lion / Lion
sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
> For Leopard
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
>For Tiger
lookupd -flushcache

Your computer may ask you to enter the admin or root password when you issue those commands.

In some cases it may help to clear flash storage.
Flash remembers various data about each site that uses flash and stores it on your computer.
To clear it (this will also clear tracking data) goto:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
and select Delete All Sites

To complete the full regimen of rites and rituals:
Turn off computer
Turn off router
Turn off Modem
Turn them all back on in reverse order letting each device complete its boot before proceeding to the next one.
